Zoo Design Conference will be held at Wrocław Zoo from 22nd till 24th May this year.

Last year there were 1.600.000 visitors
As of february ticket price will rise due to rising utility cost.

Does anyone know wheter there will be new exhibits in 2019 ?

Otter enclosure (practically ready, I load some pictures in gallery). Wolf enclosure (also almost finished). Rebuilding of Takin and Alfred Deer exhibits. Also renovation of Bird House should start this year (finally zoo received a subsidy for this purpose).

Telling the truth, sengis came last year (probably Wrocław received them at the same time as Frankfurt). But they were behind the scenes until last week. Now they have exhibit at Afrykarium, at Congo section.

Rebuilt of Golden takins and Alfred deer paddocks has ended. The runs are twice as large as they were and animals have access to the water (former water birds ponds). Strange, not deer but takins enjoy bathing (we have very hot days now). Also porcupines enclosure was open after rebuilt and it is either much bigger and better. Among newborns are Cretan wild goat, Pallas’s cats and cheer pheasants.

5 Pallas's cat kittens have made a debut on their enclosure about week ago. Mother is Zarina, born in Cracow 3 years ago. Father is Nazar - born in Novosibirsk zoo.
It's the first litter of Pallas's cats in Poland after a 3-years-long break :)
I will upload a photo or two of the family and/or the enclosure soon.

How easy is it to see the bear cuscus and the flying squirrels?

The Bear Cuscuses are currently bts afaik and by Flying Squirrels almost zero chance to spot theme as they are kept in the daylight section in Monkey House. Some years ago their exhibit was darkened and I was lucky enough to see theme during feeding time at about 11 a.m.

What a pity - does anyone know when the cuscuses will be going back on show?

I believe the cuscus are technically on-show as their outdoor enclosure is visible, the issue is they usually stay indoors. As for the squirrel I'd suggest reaching out to the zoo and finding out when their feeding is

I've dropped them an email - now to wait for reply - I'll let you guys know what I find out!

No, cuscuses are still behind the scenes in the building inaccessible to the public. Maybe when young cuscus will be older they come back to Monkey House. The biggest chance to see squirrels are early morning hours, but it's almost mission impossible.

I know, but do they no longer have an outdoor enclosure behind said building that can be seen from the public path?

Theoretically you are right, but practically cuscuses don't go outside. In addition, there is little visible from the path for visitors, quite a large distance and trees limiting visibility.
