Zoo Boise Mourns the Loss of Shingo

Zoo Boise is sad to report that Shingo, one of the zoo’s 2-year-old male giraffes, has died unexpectedly after a short but severe illness. Shingo died at 12:30 am on Tuesday, November 11. Shingo came to Zoo Boise 7 weeks ago as part of the new African Plains exhibit.
