This three acre bird gardens set in the grounds of a grade 2 listed Water Mill property, with rentable annex , restaurant , childrens play area and small museum. It started off as a wildfowl collection but now houses some 200 animals from Cranes, Flamingos , waterfowl , Owls , Peafowl to Otters , Marmosets , Chipmunks etc...etc...
It has been on the market before , some years ago if I recall but since then they have added more stock. This time around it was initially put up for £675,000 but 18 months down the road the price has dropped by £100,000! I think that £575,000 is a pretty good price for a nice little collection with alot of potential I am sure , alas I don`t have that sort of money!!
