The Clouded Leopard cubs are being checked and exam led due to the Coronavirus and what makes this interesting unlike most zoos which have and breed clouded leopards in which the mother neglects the cubs and have to be hand-reared, the cubs at zoo Miami are being taken care by their mother.

A Bactrian camel calf has been born:

Sunny, a 3-year-old female gave birth to what appears to be a healthy baby girl.

Sunny has been at Zoo Miami since November 2017 after arriving from her birthplace at the Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines, Iowa.

The father is 9-year-old Bubba, who came from the Minnesota Zoo in 2012.

This is the first offspring for both parents.

Could any zoochatters who know this zoo well tell me whether there are any Neotropical primates and particularly any of the Callitrichidae species kept at Zoo Miami ?

I've looked on their website and there are none featured and neither are there any pictures that indicate that they keep any through most of the gallery.

Deja vu :p But in seriousness, if you go to the United States forums and use the dropdown menu to filter results for the zoo you're interested in, it will show you all of the threads associated with it - including these species lists. Not every zoo will have one, but it's worth checking first.

Haha , awesome ! thanks once again  will bear that in mind in future ! :p
