Yes 33% smaller apparently.

There's quite a few groups where females are (on average) larger actually- birds of prey and spiders also spring to mind.

I think the size difference between Sangay and Franka is more likely to be gender difference than age difference - I'd say a 10-year-old bear is going to be pretty much fully grown.
