I am looking for investors / advice and help building a small wildlife park / zoo in South Bulgaria.
The area is on the black sea coast in an undeveloped region and has a suitable warm continental climate.
The infrastructure is good with a new road connection to the main coastal port town of Bourgas.
The idea is to start small and reinvest profits into steadily enlarging to a reasonable level. The main goal being to educate, and give an opportunity to the people in this region of the Balkans to experience and gain awareness of global flora and fauna.
There are no comparable zoo's or wildlife parks in this part of the world and I have found the perfect location.
