I couldn't find the old Zoolex thread so I made a new one.

The latest Zoolex entry is the Rio Negro exhibit at the Duisburg Zoo:

I wonder which exhibits would you like to see on Zoolex? Many famous North American exhibitts, like Jungle World at Bronx, are absent.

Hey cool

I think everyone on the Dutch forum agreed that Amersfoort outdone themselves on the elephant stable, the outdoor part is only really done since a few weeks (if it's completely done allready) and not many people have seen that completed. There where some issues with the pool, i believe they weren't allowed to dig it deeper then perhaps 1,5 or 2 meters max, i'm not exactly sure why.

But the stable looks gorgeous from the outside, looks great on the inside and also looks very practical (can't judge if it is, i'm no keeper). One of the best builds in Holland over a long time i think, a MASSIVE improvement over what the ladies had and not even rediculously expensive...
