This is a review of a zoo i visited recently called San juan de aragon. The reptile house was very impressive and there were so many more species represented in comparison with the Chapultepec zoo. I strongly reccomend visiting this zoo. The reptile house is a large domed shape building near the asiatic elephant enclosure , the price to enter is 70 pesos however it is well woth the cost. All of the terrariums were fantastic , spacious and with adequet foilage for each species to escape the general public if it wished too. The highlight of my visit was seeing the two green anacondas in their superb acuatic exhibit , i have never seen green anacondas swimming so it was definitely something i will remember for a long time. Admitedly i cant remember all the species but here are some that i do remember vivedly.
Green iguana * I counted 15 of them in a spacious outdoor and open roofed enclosure complete with trees to climb
Boa constrictors *about 11 in a fantastic terrarium , i am sure the zoo has had alot of success with breeding this species
