A new little zoo/park will be opened in Torino (quite near the centre, where there was the old Zoo di Torino), the project has been presented by Zoom Torino a few months ago and it has been approved today.
It will be divided in thematic areas: Farm (Andinean and Bornean farms), China and Amazon (in a indoor area) and a Reptilarium

What is the reason to built a satellite zoo? Isn't there (=at Zoom Torino) enough additional space to built new exhibits?
 
Zoom City is the possible name of the new zoo that will be built near the centre of the city, where there was the old Zoo do Torino (1955-1987), in the Parco Michelotti

There will be an outdoor area with four thematic farms (Europe, Africa, Asia and South America, so it could be that the African farm in Zoom Torino could be moved there and there will be space for a new area in Zoom Torino too) and an indoor area (China and Amazon Forest) and here it seems that there will be no mammals
Then the old reptilarium will be renovated too
