The normal path through Elephant Odyssey has reopened.

Indeed the path through Elephant Odyssey is reopened, but I noticed they posted Concept Art of the new Mesa Bridge. One view is from the back of Elephany Odyssey, the other from Panda Canyon below.

No, as I mentioned earlier it was just a paint job.

The moving sidewalk that went up to Elephant Odessey has been removed. The one on the other side of the canyon that goes up to the top part of Owen's aviary is still there. I am sure this one will be removed as soon as the elevators are constructed. They both broke down frequently.

No hyenas or musk deer are on exhibit right now.

Not really a news question at all - but, in the summer, what sort of opening hours does the zoo have? The website only lists opening times a few months in advance, but would I be correct in thinking that it stays open relatively late through July and August? If so, is there free access around the zoo grounds?

In Summer I think the zoo is open from 9am - 9pm. It stays open fairly late.
