Chester Zoo Realm of the Red Ape 10th Anniversary Game

Of course we all love the animals but it is a good step to include other things to do except going to the petting zoo section.
I think that you are misunderstanding the joke here, Komodo. Yes, playgrounds and stuff are essential but we go mostly to see the animals. I mean who goes to the zoo play golf? :p

I get the joke but it is odd to see all sorts of non animal themed stuff within the zoo but I guess you have to appeal to everyone

Were the mained wolves still where butterfly journey is now? Also there would have been carp in the ponds in the tropical realm. Would the reptile corridor that is now closed off still have been open to the public?

I am certain that the koi carp left very early 2007 before the opening of Realm of the Red Ape.
I am not sure what you mean by the reptile corridor but there was a heck of a lot more reptiles in there back then.

As you enter the tropical house if you go left towards where the chameleons were, you used to be able to go through what is now a keeper area behind the tortoise enclousers and all the other vivs and exit near the aye ayes on the other side

Ah yes, I get what you mean now. Yes that was there ten years ago ;)

Bongos were breeding in 2007, a female was born that year, and was the penultimate birth at Chester.

Enclosure stand offs were not untidy and overgrown with out of control bamboo.

Gntlelemur said, "If you were very, very, very lucky you could see a Mallorcan midwife toad in their little house, which was originally built for tuataras."

Gentlelemur how many "luckys" will get you a glimpse of a blue-legged mantella? A lot more than three I bet.

You had to pay to get into the whole zoo
There were fossil replicas in Tropical Realm
Agoutis were in Macaw aviaries
Butterfly Goodied were in Spirit of the Jaguar
