Billabong Zoo Billabong Koala and Wildlife Park - a new zoo?

The Billabong Koala and Wildlife Park at Port Macquarie is not just a koala park apparently.
On their website you find a few more species on exhibit.

In 2015, it took on 3 captive bred snow leopards in a new state-of-the-art exhibit from Taronga:

I'm confused about the title. Billabong's not a new zoo, and they have loads of exotics.

Their encounters look decent. I'd defiantely do the snow leopard one if I was visiting.

I believe they now have 2.2 snow leopards? The 1.1 cubs born 2005 at Taronga Zoo, as well as Taronga's breeding pair, the mother of the 2005 cubs and her new mate (born at Mogo Zoo).
