True, in a sense there are two parrot breeding centres.
Another technical point is that you can actually see some of the birds in these aviaries, provided that you can find a gap in the screen, happen to have a decent pair of field glasses with you and get lucky as well :rolleyes:
 
So they design a zoo exhibit with a one way path system, and when they need to do maintenance/building close large parts of it off. Not very well thought out.

Trust me it was chaos trying to get into Islands on Sunday!! It was worth it though as I got to actually see the babirusa and anoa which I have the worst look with.
 
Also a video put on social media in the last hour or so shows Violet a Singapore blue turantula, is this a new species for the collection?

Never mind just checked the zoos stock list from this year and they had two as of January.
