I have a Master USA Zoo List that I've been tinkering with for the past few years...and currently there are 724 zoos on that list. I'm also astonished! I've got a book that lists 500+ zoos just in Germany, plus there are thousands more around the globe. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a grand total of 10,000 zoos worldwide...including aquariums, reptile facilities, bug zoos and everything with exotic animals. I'm only requesting new zoos for the gallery if I think that there is a chance that I'll visit them in the next few years. :)

You must have missed it on your search through the gallery as there is already a photo thread for Irvine Park & Zoo and I posted the link below. I visited that facility on August 3rd, 2014 and then I uploaded photos onto ZooChat.

You also asked about a Master List for USA zoos and aquariums and I do have one that is currently at approximately 735 'zoos'. I have never posted the entire thing as it is a cumbersome document. However, if you look through ZooChat you'll find threads with titles like 'California Zoo List', 'Florida Zoo List' or 'Texas Zoo List', etc.
 
Can we get a new one for Australian Walkabout Wildlife Park in NSW, Australia?
 
In the United States, I would like you to delete two listings.
Ruby Ranch Center of Biological Conservation. This ranch was gifted to Reid Park Zoo but was sold before the zoo developed it. There are no threads for it and the one relevant photo I just moved to the Reid Park Zoo forum.
Moonridge Animal Park. This zoo has changed its name to Big Bear Alpine Zoo and there is now a forum under that name. I moved the existing thread from Moonridge to Big Bear Alpine Zoo.

Hi @Arizona Docent, thanks for the info. Sim preferred to mark the zoo as 'Closed' rather than deleting so I marked the Moonridge Animal Park closed. We can also keep the photos of the zoos to the Moonridge Animal Park if it's really taken before the new one exist. :)
