Ah, thanks for that. I was mulling over taking a trip up there before starting a new job. Hopefully work will take me up that way before the summer holidays.Deffo not going to be open for Easter, I'm sure of that. Unlike the people who were turned away but had pre-booked -if true that's really poor customer service or, at the least, they completely under-estimated the popularity of a Polar Bear cub*. Either way, again if true, they need to make amends.
* to be fair they haven't much recent history to go on
