A tourist has been filmed taking walking on a beach in China with a dolphin over his shoulder. This report from the Daily Mail says the dolphin was dead but every other report of it I have found says it was dying not dead.

The Daily Mail isn't the original source though.

I think it probably is illegal to take any dolphin, alive or dead, under China's Wildlife Protection Law - but my point is just that a multitude of sources all saying the same thing doesn't equate to it being true, because they are all simply repeating the same thing.

I meant that all sources agreed on that, the Daily Mail were the only source to claim it was dead and covered in wounds, all other sources merely saying it was dying.
