The park has announced the arrival of the tapir from Kyoto. The park has also announced the arrival of a male cougar and if google chrome's translations are correct the cougars will rotate within their exhibits.

While I didn't come across the park announcing it in social media, the park's website has listed the scarlet macaw to their animal list.

The park has announced a pair of new "ambassabors" for the night zoo event. The parks official facebook has revealed a carpet python, while the Chinese fan page has shown a fledgling brown wood owl.

I just found some pictures of the construction of the pygmy hippopotamus on the flickr account of what seems like a regular visitor. However I don't know if I would be breaking any rules if I am to share the link to these pictures.

You can provide a link to the source, no problem.

I have been neglecting to give new updates since I keep forgetting my password while experiencing the college life. Koume has arrived to Kobe and on November 10 her enclosure was open for public view.

The tegu and "carpet" python has been added to the park's animal list on the website which says that they are exhibited at the tropical forest exhibit. The "carpet" python is said to be a Bredl's python.
