The National Aquarium in Baltimore has an Upland Tropical Rainforest exhibit, along with a some freshwater species in the Maryland exhibit, and the Amazon River exhibit. Toba, on the other hand has the Rivers of Japan and the Jungle World.

The way the game works is that there are 24 aquariums, grouped into 8 groups, 3 aquariums in each group. Aquarium A and B will face each other first, and the winner from that match, let's say B in this case goes on to the third aquarium, aquarium C. B and C will face off, and let's say that C loses. C will now go against A, and the winner will face B. The loser from the third match is knocked out, and lets say in the second A and B match, B loses, so now B is eliminated, and A will now go onto the knockout round.
