There are Vervet Monkeys at Columbus Zoo @TheWalrus
Brazil lacks all those animals! I'm surprised. Most of those are common in NA and Europe!Well... While brazilian zoos may be a great place to see some rare native species (numerous small carnivores, brockets, jabirus, multiple Bothrops species [golden lancehead included], endangered frogs and even some special cases such as blonde capuchins and brazilian mergansers are some that come to my mind now), it lacks even some basic exotic (or even native) species. Actually, there are quite a few zoos in Brazil (relevant ones, at least). From what I know, none of these whose I'd like to see are kept in zoos here:
. Hyenas (any species)
. Red panda
. Any bear species endemic to Asia
. Clouded leopard
. Babirusa (any species) / Red river hog
. Okapi
. Pygmy hippo
. Tree-kangaroos (any species)
. Komodo dragon
. Chameleon (any species; some few people keep them as pets here, though mostly illegally)
I'm sticking to basics, though. I mean, there are a lot of species that it would be worth more to see, but it would be really complicated for me to process which ones would be my all-time favorites with so many left!
Platypus.
But must be ten species. For sure there are other threads for "what's the one animal you want to see"
In the same way, CarLover listed 13 species. So he must delete 3 of them.

I think it is supposed to be "want to see in a zoo", so Humpback would be unlikely. However, I have seen three of your animals. Of the others I would most want to see a Narwhal.Rough draft:
Picathartes (either)
Humpback Whale
Narwhal
Superb Bird of Paradise
Wilson's Bird of Paradise
Dibatag
Ribbon Seal
Sumatran Rhino
Saiga
Great White Shark
I know there is a rule that you're not suppose to add to older threads
I've seen 5 of them!(Including honorable mention)I know there is a rule that you're not suppose to add to older threads so I apologize if this thread is considered "to old" to add to (but I'm assuming it's okay, after all it's only been 3 months).
Since I can only chose ten...
Honorable mention - bush dog and raccoon dog
- Any large cetacean (bigger than a killer whale, which I've seen)
- Platypus
- Aye-aye
- Tree kangaroo
- Elephant seal
- Adult great white shark (I've already seen a juvenile at the Monterey Bay Aquarium)
- Javan or Sumatran rhinoceros
- Kiwi
- Lammergeier
- Goblin Shark (this one is extremely unlikely but a guy can hope)
Yes. Yes, there is. In the forum rules, it says not to bump threads unless you something of value to add. In this case, I guess it is an exception, as it is adding some value (it relates to the thread. There is not.
A narwhal is as unlikely to be seen in a zoo as a humpback whale...
