You make it sound a lot easier than it is to prevent these sort of things.the komodo death was negligence....as for the tiger, some sort of rescue plan should have been in place, maybe darting ,.. maybe the intro was to quick for another tiger on his territory, not good which ever way you look at it

But I absolutely loathe reactionary people who make an account here just to post an angry rant about it...
I'm not 100% certain but judging by the typing and spelling this may not be their first account.
No, I am certainly not happy to see a tiger die. But I absolutely loathe reactionary people who make an account here just to post an angry rant about it and provide zero arguments for an actual discussion. These threads always surface after these sorts of event and always end up rightly deleted.

Lots of people on facebook need reminding of this too ...Does someone want to tell him that this isn't Hollywood and that tranquilizer darts don't work instantaneously?
probably similar to "keyboard warrior" I suppose? In the U.K. is the term "armchair quarterback" used?

I had to look that up.... no the difference is that "armchair quarterbacks" sit around watching others do their job and out of pure ego and ignorance criticize from a distance how they did it.Lots of people on facebook need reminding of this too ...

It is very interesting to watch comments on these internet forums. One persons freedom of speech or opinion is of course another persons angry rant, and as much 'air-time' is given to the ignorant as to the informed. There will always be someone in a position of censorship which has to cut in at some point; and of course whilst every opinion is equal, some are more equal than others... The source of most information on which opinion is based must inevitably be the media, which of course never allows the truth to stand in the way of a good story.
