I watched the Cinema Sins video after I watched the movie so it didn't matter to me. I was only meaning he was a jerk because he thought he was better than me, the jerk.
Well, maybe he is not stalling a mate for someone else out of a whim (sniff)...
I found the clip of that on Youtube. I liked the bit where when the enVenomated ambulance girl reached the market and killed the stall-owner, suddenly three gang members jumped up from their seats nearby and pulled out pistols. That was always happening to me in Borneo.

Hahahaha, I was sitting there thinking "yeah, s'okay... opens with that weird phoenix-hawk-thing from Jungle Book but whatever ... Is that a macaw..? Oh, and a capuchin, of course; why not? I dunno, looks alright I suppose, I don't know what those guys are - aaaaaargh! My eyes!"
Since the early 21st century, Will Smith seems to be afflicted with an anti-Midas curse; whatever he's associated with turns out to be rubbish or at best mediocre. May it be movies such as After Earth, Suicide Squad, Karate Kid and Bright or last year's Youtube rewind video (which has surpassed Justin Bieber's "Baby" as the most disliked video on YT) and now the (in my opinion absolutely pointless) remake of Disney's Aladdin - if I were a Hollywood big shot, I'd avoid engaging him...
"Baby" currently has 10M likes to 10M dislikes, having debuted one week short of exactly nine years ago. The 2018 YouTube Rewind on the other hand, debuted on December 6, 2018 and is currently sitting at 2.5M likes to 15M dislikes. Quite an incredible feat YouTube themselves have obtained here.
Now as far Will Smith's latest career choices are concerned... Well... 0:09-0:12
@Chlidonias I think that bird at the beginning of the trailer is supposed to be the macaw.

I would have much preferred someone like Art Malik or Alexander Siddig in the role of Jafar, rather than the small child with the high-pitched voice who seems to have escaped from a production of Oliver! or possibly Sound of Music.
I don't know what rewind means. I watched two minutes of that video and the only person I knew was Will Smith. What is it supposed to be about?
Your not the only ones I’m not knowing what what was going on. Why did you think it had so many dislikes?
The video is supposed so show all the major events that happend on YouTube in 2018. But obviously it clearly failed.
I think that's only one of many issues; the associated Wikipedia article mentions, among others: "The video was criticized for obscure trending, or unpopular YouTubers; lack of references to recent (celebrity) deaths (...) and exclusion of many prominent YouTubers of the year (...) as well as popular feuds (...)". In my opinion (and that of at least 25 million other viewers), it's an incoherent mess that is hard to watch and listen to.

It's supposed to be a summary video put together by YouTube itself to celebrate the entire previous year. Every single year they get worse and worse but this year's was just hard to watch. I think part of the issue is they included people who have nothing to do with YouTube (like Will Smith) but in an attempt to diversify they made it mainly obscure people from all over the world that would only be recognized by the people from those countries that watch them.
