Zoos or conservation facilities in Mongolia?

There are no zoos (although I did hear about a travelling zoo - not sure if it exists or not). The only sizeable settlement is the capital city; outside of that most of the population are either nomads or live in small villages.

There are some captive breeding centres, e.g. for wild camels, but I don't know if they can be visited.

That's the travelling zoo I mentioned. It hasn't been at the Buddha Garden for several years - because it is a travelling zoo and only remains at any one site for a few months or so. Apparently it is currently back in Ulaan Baatar, but not in that location.

There are no zoos in Mongolia, the only breeding center I know is the wild camel breeding center in Great Gobi, which is not a normal breeding center that keeps animal inside enclosures, but let their animals roam freely during the non-breeding seasons.
