I must say that I'm really not enjoying all the reboots, remakes and live-action movies coming out/come out recently. It is like being creative and actually doing good original movies scares Hollywood.

You say that, but there's only one original movie in your top 10 of all time
I count two, Endgame* and Grown-Ups.
*Yes, I know the characters already existed in the comics but it is an original story, unlike most MCU films.

The scene with the childhood memories being swept over the cliff in Inside Out is possibly the greatest piece of cinema, ever!
The best piece of cinema I have seen is the snap in Infinity War.

Having joint-placement when you can't pick between films is one thing, but having a "top 10" which comprises a total of 62 films is pushing things a little too far in my opinion!
