Reason: The picture speaks a thousand words.

Elephant exhibit in Shunde giraffe zoo.

Kansas City, Dallas, Busch Gardens, Leipzig and maybe Lincoln Park and/or Detroit. There's probably many European zoos I'm forgetting.

Twycross Zoo in the UK recently opened a brand new Chimpanzee enclosure which is really nice and spacious, awhile also having great viewing opportunities for guests

North American River Otter:
Best (That I've been to): Maryland Zoo (I mean, who could go wrong with an underwater tunnel)
Worst: ZooAmerica

For the American Badgers I've encountered
Best: Henry Vilas Zoo
Worst: Milwaukee County Zoo
Milwaukee is far from the worst for badgers. I think it goes more like this:

American Badger: Best (Henry Vilas Zoo)
full

Massive amounts of digging room, indoor and outdoor access, badgers always active.

Worst: Bear Den Zoo
full

No digging (or hiding) room, small cage.

Special shoutout to NEW Zoo, which has a perfectly fine enclosure but the badger is never seen. The only animal I have seen in the badger's exhibit since the new one was build was a dead House Sparrow.

Haven't been to Bear Den Zoo, so seeing this for the first time makes me realize I need to give Milwaukees exhibit credit in at least having places for the Badger to dig
