Based on the newer exhibits at Beaval (Lions, wolves etc) this puts them way ahead of Frankfurt. Plus the fact the Giant panda exhibit is awesome I'm changing my vote to Beauval clean sweep! Frankfurt is a fantastic zoo based on its collection but didn't think the lion exhibit (outdoors) is that great and the tiger exhibit looks more natural but I would say Beauvals is bigger.

So why TLD's comment? I would have willingly continued the debate had I been allowed to stay up longer. Just because you are adults, doesn't mean that : firstly, you are always right, and secondly, you get to lord it over us that you can stay up as long as you want.
It wasn't meant to be a great revelation, it was just meant to be an explanation - second guessing my intentions (especially when, according to you, he knows I am a kid and there is probably another reason for it) is not sensible.

Because there was no need for you to say you were going to bed and wouldn't engage further :p as far as I've noticed we all have to sleep, but you don't see everyone called out on their remarks saying "I'm going to go to bed now"!

I thought it would be appropriate given that people were online and we were in the middle of the debate. If I were to just leave without explanation, it would look even more like I was trying to avoid the debate. So no, I did it because of the situation context. I don't abandon a debate without explanation. I'm fine without people second guessing my every move as evasive.

Honestly, I genuinely believed they deserved to win based on those criteria and there was no personal triumph pleasure at all hand on heart.
