I've not visited YWP but if their current accommodation is fit for four fully grown bears then even if they do move him there's still plenty of scope for a different species. And being that the enclosure is relatively new then I doubt they'll want to redevelop it too much straight away.
True given they now only hold the two bears there current exhibit would be more suited, as am sure given the recent loss of one of the younger bears they can’t be sure how long either has left. Though the current exhibit is by there standards fairly basic to most if not all the other enclosures there this would be the sensible way forward I would think rather than putting more funds into what would probably a one time species for them.
Is there any need for them to get white tigers though? They'll obviously be non-breeding rescues, so that pokes a hole in the "sustainable star attraction" suggestion...
