LOL you can see at the list of animals that need a permit in the class 1 (class for pets) they have the seal ! When your country have millions of seal you do everything for have a none invasible population (excuse me for my english i came from quebec
 
I'm sorry, but I live in Quebec (born and raised). I disagree it's easy to (1) get a permit like this, (2) especially after the whole Saint-Edouard zoo debacle. Some like Miller zoo will eventually be allowed to take care for these animals, but they started as a rescue and rehabilitation center and grew over time. And they haven't started with big cats, monkeys and seals. And while they were not from the "zoological institutions world", they worked hard to learn and succeed.

Your demand is a bit out of the blue and you haven't provided any informations on how you plan to seriously take care of the animals and if you have any background in animal keeping. If you have some, maybe share it so people will be (a bit) more ok with helping you. If you have none but really have enough money to build well suited enclosures and ethically take care of these animals for the long run, hire a specialist who will take might care of them and might be willing to help you to find them.

The thing about seals : while we do have an overpopulation of some species in Quebec and while some of these populations have a negative effects on the ecosystems, the officials do not give them easily to everyone who offer to take some. Marine mammals need specialist care and a lot of starting and running investment (just think about the electricity bill for the water filter alone). Giving away animals so you don't have an "invasive population" isn't the usual way to get rid of said invasive population. Also the seals you are referring to are native to Quebec and Canada and as such can't really be considered invasive. Over population yes, invasive no. The distinction is important : in Canada and Quebec, native species are covered by special laws. It's more than having a permit to have one (if you do have that permit). It's to fill a ton of papers and invest a lot of money to go in the wild, capture it and care for it, quarantine it, transport it back home... and you don't even have paid for the keep of the "pet" seal at home.

And those animals are not pets. They are wild animals kept in captivity. This is also an important distinction.

I seem to have a dream and I'll not criticize it. With the lack of info on your motivations and zoological background, I do not agree with the ethic of it, but I will not criticize the dream you have. If you really want to make this dream real, there are a lot of steps you must do before finding a seller and it doesn't seem you have grasp that fact. Take a step back and revise your plan.
 
@Aichou2019 Well the real issue is not keeping exotic animals, it's keeping them without having any clue whatsoever about what comes with it. Maybe give us a reason to believe that you are actually capable of handling such animals.
When someone asked you about your permit, you didn't give us anything trust worthy.
Maybe tell us more about your background your animals, your intentions...

i just want to keep these animals because they are fascinating and beautiful
 
OK @Aichou2019 I don't think there are many people on Zoochat who would condone private keeping of big cats, seals or monkey because of the appalling conditions they are generally kept in, let alone when many of us don't actually understand your qualifications, how much money, space and time you are willing to devote to this. Don't get me wrong, it is not impossible to do such a thing (although seals...) but you need to have the resources the back it up otherwise, putting it plainly, your animals will live in misery, and that could result in, in the case of big cats, the animals becoming actually dangerous to be around, in which case it will longer be... plausible.
 
je have a encolosure and many toys for the animals and for the zoo its take 1 hour for go in the zoo

my grand father was keeping a barbary lion ( iam birth in morocco) he found the lion lonely without her mother and they take really good care of him the lion has died at 22 years old

How big is the enclosure, will they be able to climb, swim etc...
Will they be allowed out of the enclosure ???
 
there are a small pool for a tiger the enclosure are perfect for a tiger and these many trees and plants in the enclosure

@Aichou2019 I think you're not going to get what you're looking for on this forum. I personally don't know about these things, but there is probably a canadian zoochatter who would be able to tell you more about the permits you need to have. But for that to happen, you need to show some interest in what goes around maybe owning one day a tiger, a seal or a monkey.
Even if you find an exotic breeder, I know many of them actually care about the animals they breed and where they'll end up, even if they don't, they usually ask for the client to have a permit.
