Fort Worth has not had any Black-footed Ferrets for many years now. I think they've been gone at least since 2012.
Georgia Aquarium and Newport Aquarium both hold Asian small-clawed otter. So too, I believe, do all of the SeaWorld parks, not just San Diego.
Shubenacadie Provincial Wildlife Park in Nova Scotia has American Mink, Fisher, American Marten, and NA River Otter

I thought we decided that Rainforest Adventures does have a Zorilla, but that the animal @drill photographed was skunk.

Well we confirmed that they at least had a Zorilla, though I don't think we found any recent evidence that it was still around.

It falls within the time frame so I'm going to count until we have evidence that Rainforest Adventures doesn't have one.
Going back to the photo, it was decided it was a skunk, but that they may have had a Zorilla recently based on some prior photo/video. So it's unconfirmed at best. No clue if there's anyone who might be able to go confirm that one without some major effort.

Neotropical river otters are held by : Chapultepec zoo (Mexico city - as far as I know this is no longer but was in past), San Juan de Aragon zoo (Mexico city ) , Benito Juarez zoo (Morelia), ZOOMAT (Chiapas).
North American river otter held by : Chapultepec zoo ? (Mexico City-possibly in past ? ) , San Juan de Aragon zoo ? (Mexico city-possibly in past?).
