Seeing golden poison dart frogs, this deconfirms the formerly leakead animal roster? There were no golden frogs in that list.

Not really as it was never a leaked list just a list of animals they found coding for...

Potentially, we will all have to wait till the 5th of November...
If im not wrong they said there were going to be around 50 animals in the base game when it comes out. But I have a pretty reliable source that told me that there is going to be more animals than that in the base game. I can not guarantee it, but the source got good connections, I don't want to say more than that without risking telling where I got the information from.
About the leaked rosters from earlier. The animals in those rosters are animals that somehow got leaked. For example via data mining in the game files. For some of the animals sound files from the narrator could be found, where he was talking about the specific animal, which makes it likely it will be in the game. Other animals got leaked as likely for the game because they have a sign or a flag in the game or game files. For example, the Japanese Macaque had a sign/decoration, and now they got leaked in a livestream as an animal by the community manager.
Other animals got leaked in magazine articles etc.
The roster has been correct so far (except animals missing in it!). It got leaked right about when the beta came out and we have got some animal revealed/confirmed since then (for example Okapi and japanese macque) and they have been in that roster.
No one should rely 100% on the roster as there might be animals that have not been leaked and there might be animals that the developers decide not to bring into the game at the full release of the base game. This roster got the source of why it's in the list if you click the text "Definite", it shows if its from game files, magazine articles or other.

Anyone else disappointed at the general lack of new animal reveals this month? Only officially revealed is the okapi (which was already inferred to be in the game) and the only animal that was “leaked” was the golden poison frog.
They seem more focused on revealing gameplay aspects recently than showing off the creatures. Unless their pattern makes a dramatic change, I think that we will have to wait two weeks to see many of the animals.Planet Zoo is now basically spewing stuff like "did you know Planet Zoo will have animals?"
I was going to attempt ZSL London Zoo when the full game releases. I already built the Giraffe House in the beta and will probably try to build the Casson Pavilion and Mappin Terraces next.
I hope we get more foliage in the full game like giant sequoias and some placeable grasses instead of it just being part of the terrain painter. Water lilies would be good.
London Zoo is a very interesting recreation and I hope you pull it off. I am hoping to recreate Chester Zoo but do it over different years so I can see it over different time periods.
As for fencing, I would like to see big cat fences with the angled top, also the fence you see on Elephant enclosures.
