The list is coming along well, it should be posted soon in the next couple weeks.

I can't find anything online about Cincinnati Zoo's Sumatran Orangutans. Can anyone tell me anything about them? I'll have to check their YouTube and search the Orangutan SSP for them.

They have 1:0 Sumatran called 'Henry'

Henry was the only orangutan I could find anything about on their social media, did they recently transfer other orangutans?

It would-be be usual to add either Sumatran or Bornean in origin or hybrid in your listing

Well done anyway for taking iT on!

In my document, I've got the name of each orangutan highlighted according to their species! :) I will do something when I posted it to signify it as well. (Probably by changing the color of the text.)

There are 4 Bornean Orangutan also kept at Guadalajara zoo in Jalisco , Mexico , a breeding group too.

Another is a hybrid male kept at Chapultepec zoo , "Toto" , Mexico city. (Who may be "moving" to Brazil or being forcibly removed by "animal rights activists" if they continue with their infantile bullying tantrums and get their way).

Don't they have more? Last I heard, they still kept 6 Bornean Orang-utans

They may well do , it is quite an impressive enclosure and they have had several births over the years.

When I visited a couple of times which was a long time ago (probably around 2010 / 2011) there were four of them but I'm sure there have been more births since.

0:1 hybrid Orang-utan named 'Alexandra' was transferred to Milwaukee County Zoo from Cincinnati Zoo earlier this year.

I didn't know Alexandra came from Cincinnati, that's interesting. I've seen Alexandra at her former home as well as her new one. She seemed pretty shy at Milwaukee, she was tucked behind this piece of cardboard the keepers placed on the glass.

Thanks! Any information you can find about orangutans in facilities in Mexico is appreciated.

They've had 3 births since around that period :) one in 2012,2016 and 2017. The previous male named 'Mei Xiong' passed away in 2016, so the current breeding male is the son/brother of the breeding females
