The two enclosures which, for most of the last decade, held Cassowary and Servals (more recently Pallas’ Cats and Indian Muntjac) respectively are once again to be home to Cheetah from early next year.

The current Cheetah enclosure is needed for another species. So the remaining Cheetah's are being moved
- 2 Lady Amherst's pheasants have been moved into the aviary by the red pandas.
The Ladies were previously in the small enclosure next to the elephant house entrance. This now houses Himalayan Monals.
As of yesterday the monals are in the songbirds aviaries by the chimps. The aviary near the elephant house contains red-billed blue magpies and Cabot’s tragopans
