Hi all just a quick one with so many regular Chester Zoo visitors on here I was wondering what species are where by this I mean which species are in mainly the indoor exhibits this would include all species in small exhibits to large exhibits Reptiles, Birds, Mammals, Amphibians, Monkeys & Insects

I know species do move around but it would be great if we all had an idea where to look when visiting the collection.

Also has anyone spent time on the small nature reserve, what species are around and how does it work for you.

If I have posted this and it is something that as aready been requested sorry and could it be moved I have no problems.

I thought it would be a good idea for regulars to put forward exhibits with species in that way others could also see what species were where so as to be able to think ahead before visiting.

Great but I could visit on a Saturday and it be changed by the Sunday.

If you want to see a specific species say so and people will try and help you locate them.

I got the list from ZTL and didn't see White tailed antsingy so didn't put it on the list and no I haven't seen one before many thanks for the info will hope to see a few of these when I visit next week with a group of disabled children.

Thanks for this very helpful list. Out of interest, are there any species of fish and inverts currently off show?

Just a thought here why not keep this thread open so people can add to it when either species are moved or new species are located out with in the collection and when the off show species are moved to public displays.

Well given that many of the off show species of herps will leave the collection before they ever go on show.
