That is a really nice addition!Zoo received pair of Twelve-wired bird of paradise. Birds are now behind the scenes waiting for the end of Bird House renovation. As I wrote earlier Hammerhead bats find new place at Congo section of Afrykarium. Soon turacos and Congo peafowl will join them.
When the Sumatran tiger was born?After many, many years Sumatran tiger was born. Also arctic hares (Lepus timidus) were born, for the first time in Poland.

That is interesting news. Are the animal houses open again after the COVID-19 closure?
On 1th of July, part of animal houses is open again - Madagaskar, Apes, Monkeys and Sahara. Still closed is bird house, reptile house, butterfly house. The zoo has visitors numbers up again to usual levels.
Thanks, I was thinking of visiting Poland in August, but will wait a bit wih planning if so many houses, especially Reptile house, are still closed...
