This would seem a lot more sincere if you wrote them "you" and "are".

I don't think he was being serious...

He wasn't even being rude in that post...

He just asked what you thought was a good idea, in which he didn't insult you in any way. I mean, reading your post, I was also confused as in what you were referring to.

So what's the report on the cats now? Last I heard, no one's gonna drop dead.
I'm not sure, I haven't seen anything recently, but a quick scroll through google says that they are recovering, so that's some good news.

Such a blessing that it hasn't gotten worse.

It might help to take a step back and think a little before posting.

Your post said "PETAS now claiming that the an Orangutan At a zoo in Germany may have died of the Coronavirus. I may get a lot of hate for saying this but for once I don’t think it may be a bad idea."

It is a confusingly-structured post with no clear indication of what you mean by it. The correct response to my question would have been something like "No, I meant an investigation. My post was not worded well."

I think that would be a little high. I'm not 16 (I will be in a few weeks though) and I turned out fine.

Will this affect the potential reopening of the zoo?
Honestly probably not. The only reason this sort of situation would cause concern in the eyes of the city (which the zoo would need permission from to open) would be if susceptible species were in close contact with guests which I can assume will not happen upon opening. Big cats were already distant from guests and other species such as apes and mustelids are already distant as well.

That being said, there is at least one zoo (Sedgwick County in Kansas) that has opted to keep their great ape area closed to the public during their initial reopening phase. While I'm not claiming that Bronx or any other zoo will follow suit, there is a possibility that other zoos might choose not to allow visitor access to species considered of higher transmission risk.
