The Leopard Cat is the only species I remember seeing from World of Darkness. Quite luckily I suppose. Anyone have any idea what happened to it/them once the exhibit closed?

@ThylacineAlive Was World of Darkness outdated before it was closed permanently in 2009?
If you would like to learn more about World of Darkness, you can search online. I've asked nicely time and time again, but can you please stop bumping news topics or older topics with questions that can be answered by Google? I said before, I want to be diplomatic in my requests and have this go down with no altercation or conflict whatsoever. To answer your question, some of the exhibits in World of Darkness apparently were a bit small, but World of Darkness was closed down due to the budget cuts instilled by Michael Bloomberg in 2009.

I hope they can open both world of darkness and rare animal range again, or at least do something with the areas.

IN an interview a few years ago the zoo mentioned plans for these areas. WoD they hope to reopen eventually, and RAR is to become a Latin America exhibit. Of course, these are nothing more than ideas atm afaik so don't expect anything anytime soon, especially not after this pandemic.
