A small glass fronted exhibit with netting over the top of it will contain 1.1 Paradise Parakeet and 2.2 Zebra Finches, the walls have a desert backdrop, the terrain will be quite rugged with a small hill jutting up at the top, where there will be a small stream which flows down and drains into a small pool with rocks surrounding it. Three small eucalyptus trees are planted two at either sides and one on the hill, to provide shade and perching opportunities for the birds, the substrate will mainly be rocky sand mimicking the Australian Outback, the are also large stones littered around the enclosure to provide a rugged theme. Two large artificial termite mounds with CCTV inside them will be placed at both sides of the enclosures, (eucalyptus at the back, termite mounds at the front) this will provide the parrots a spot to breed, and the CCTV is for monitoring the birds so when eggs are hatched they can be collected and incubated. There is also patches of spinifex grass sprinkled all around the enclosure, and two large logs one at the back leaning in the hill and another in the small pool.Your species will be the Paradise parrot, Psephotellus pulcherrimus.

Chao Phraya Trek
This exhibit is based on the Chao Phraya River and Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park areas of Thailand. In addition to the aforementioned extinct deer species, it is populated by extant animals that live or historically lived in the area.
The exhibit starts with two nearby lush exhibits: one for a troop of dusky langurs and second for a pair of fishing cats. The complex starts to open up now as we approach the river. There is an exhibit for sarus cranes. Next is mixed exhibit with water buffalos, and Schonmburgk's deer. The last exhibit is home to a pair of Indochinese tigers.
