Mixed species enclosures and other changes for Burgers Zoo

Either way, I had this idea for the tree kangaroos, with the cassowary window being sized down

Could they maybe go together with the chimps? To give their enclosure a bit more colour as well. The gorillas and mangabeys give each other some nice contrast but the chimps alone are sorta one-coloured
Defentfily not. Chimps are predetors of monkeys. Some species, like chimpanzes are not made for mixed exhibit

Well, I think Burgers swamp would be a better name for a North American swamp, which I was planning on making at first but decided on not doing it. The teal idea for mangrove was already planned, but that would mean there'd be four green variations in the logo.

This is the current logo, by the way (I'm going to fix the colours once I've added Congo)

You should use a other name than "Burgers Swamp" It does not sound very inviting, and should be probely similar to Rimba. Both in concept, and naming. Maby Okefenokee ?

Honestly, this would be a much better exhibit than the prairie exhibit as Giratinals said the prairie animals aren't very exciting. For an American swamp, you don't need much space, you can get (mountain lions, alligators, eagles, cranes, spoonbills, boa constrictors, and ibis), and most of these animals are cold-resistant so it can be an outdoor exhibit (gator needs heated pond at heat rocks and boa would be best inside).

Well, as you said it would need a lot of space and, I know it sounds stupid, but I've run out of colours. Along with that, I'm really doing my best to stay away from crocodilians. I've already added the Dwarf crocodile and the Dwarf caiman in night, and the Cuban crocodile and Nile crocodile in Safari and Islands.
I had already had to stop myself from adding slender snouted crocs to Congo, (Sunda) gharials to Rimba, and Australian and New guinean crocodiles to Outback. With my current plans they have 5 crocodile species while most zoos only have one or two

Burger's Okefenokee doesn't exactly roll off the tongue, Burger's Congo has actually grown on me and I think I'm sticking with it

sorry that was a typo I meant wouldn't take up lots of space but I guess that all makes sense

So, the questions that currently remain:
What can go in the old reindeer enclosure?
What could replace the cassowary in the Australian hall, now that it's been moved to the New Guinea hall?
What other free-roaming animals could live in Burgers Congo or the New Guinea hall?
What animals can live in the Aardvark seperation?
And what do our grandchildren think about jazz?

Reindeer could have a Rhea/Guanaco Llama exhibit
Emu could replace cassowary
I've already stated my open airs for congo how about a crowned pigeon for New Guinea
I am gonna say my answer for aardvark again, a pond.
They're gonna think were crazy

Rheas and Guanacos would be great! Could a grey brocket also go in here?
It's more of a foresty area, so I don't think the plains-roaming emus would fit
Good point, and it's a smaller hall so I think ground-dwelling birds would be better
Definitely
I'm so sorry about that, my sleepdrunk brain made a stupid reference to an old Sunday with Lubach episode

why would you make a pond? Do you wanna keep koi or something. there is allready a giant water area, which a few years back even keept manaties.
He mentioned an earlier idea for mata mata turtles and cane toads in the aardvark seperation exhibit

Alright, I'm re-making the South American Night house to fit next to the bush, and I wanted to add the jaguarundi. Could there be a mix with either the Jaguarundi, Tayra, or Kinkajou. The kinkajou seems friendly enough to maybe go in the walkthrough together with the Sloths and ground dwellers? Or maybe one of them could go together with the night monkeys or tamanduas?

This is the current plan, with the animals that still need to be added in the bottom left

I wouldn’t mix jaguarundi because they are cats and so the chances of them attacking tarya and kinkajou are high
Kinkajou and sloth shouldn’t bother each other and should do fine with people and ground animals

Great! In that case, here's the new South American Night!
The Tamandua isn't wlakthrough, but it's a semi-tunnel with glass windows on the sides and a few on the roof. They can climb over the tunnel from one side to the other. There largest enclosure belongs to the many free-roamers. From there, you also get viewing to the night monkeys, prehensile-tailed porcupines, and smooth-fronted caimans. Most animals can't get on the small bridge, but the can go underneath to the other sides. There's a small river system with larger pool at the start and bottom for the nutrias and paca. The Kinkajous and sloths can climb over the path and through the low-hanging vines and branches. You can get two views to the Giant anteaters and the Lowland tapirs, one at the beginning, and one in the middle. The middle one is styled after a small dock at the side of a river, where you can see the larger animals lumbering around on the other side of the water.
The final walkway slowly goes up (to be able to join the raised path on the other side) and you will see multiple viewing windows into the ocelot enclosure, and smaller windows looking into the Common degu, Red-eyed tree frog, and Central American giant cave cockroaches. There is a little adjustment hall after you exit with some slightly brighter lights or dimmed windows to let you adjust to the light and avoid visitors getting instantly blinded. Though this isn't shown on the map as I just came up with it
