That's not a shrimp.
Yeah I just realized that, I guess my favorite shrimp is the harlequin shrimp, because of their very specialized diet.

Although, as @birdsandbats stated before they aren't shrimp! I completely forgot.
Quite frankly if I had to choose a true shrimp I don't know, I love them all

I appreciate your comment but that has been said before like 3 times, and @birdsandbats reminded me that they are not actually shrimp. I did actually say the mantis shrimp too, but then I decided my favorite was the Harlequin shrimp.

I THINK it’s a true shrimp, but correct me if I’m wrong. If it is, I have to go with the Bamboo Shrimp or Ayta spinipes. I hope to get one of them for my Southeast Asian 25gal Aquarium, I find their methods of feeding and their looks absolutely fascinating!

Very cool species indeed, as are most of the fan shrimp. Quite sad though that no-one has managed to breed them yet as far as I know.
The snapping shrimp genera Synalpheus and Alpheus - both of them can kill fish via claw snapping, with some Synalpheus being a rare example of a eusocial crustacean and some Alpheus having their trademark relationship with gobies.
For marine I'll pick Mantis, but for freshwater I'll pick Ghost Shrimp. they look so cool when their tanks have white gravel.

I particularly like camarones a la diabla and Moqueca, I guess those would be my favourite kind of shrimps.
Prawn cocktail too, is pretty good.
