Has any other Zoochatter been spat at by a llama?
Yes, comes with the job. Which species?Has any other Zoochatter touched a live cobra?
Nope, no pets here either.I'm the only Hungarian member who posts regularly here. And I guess only my cap has eaten by a goat
Oh, and I think I'm the only ZooChatter who has never had a pet!
I can't remember the species of cobra I touched. The cobra was in a snake farm in Bangkok. I kept looking at another enclosure that supposedly had a flying lemur. The animal was a giant flying squirrel. Very attractive, but not a flying lemurYes, comes with the job. Which species?
Has any other Zoochatter spent a long time watching a long-beaked echidna walking around its enclosure? I did this to count the number of claws on each forefoot. The animal was labelled as a Bruijn's echidna, but I counted 5 toes per forefoot (not 3 or 4). The animal was later identified as a Barton's echidna, which has 5 toes per forefoot.

I remember hearing from someone else who thought the long-beaked echidna wasn't a Bruijn's echidna. I once joined an online Monotreme and Marsupial Group. The only thing the others wanted to discuss was an episode of Coronation Street
In India, I'm guessing snake charmers defang their snakes, as the one I saw was very enthusiastic about me touching it (for a price of course). No I didn't because I wasn't keen on encouraging this practise.Has any other Zoochatter touched a live cobra?
