Both estimates of full buildout - 132 million or 83 million - seem to be completely delusional to me. Any development of a modern quality 50 acre zoo will cost much more than that!

So the rock wallabies are headed out apparently. And where are the red river hogs going? Keeping a couple and mixing with the bongos or leaving entirely? Very interesting to see how this plays out.

In case if you guys haven’t noticed by now. If you slow down the video and look at the crates very closely, you can get a better understanding that these males arrived from Wildlife Safari in Winston, Oregon.

There's usually plenty of ways to find out for larger species in most cases.

That’s true I suppose, either way regardless of what I said before, no matter the circumstances for knowledge of what large species that come in from any other institution. It’s always best to get and understand a decent amount of confirmed information as possible. Joey, a 57-year-old chimpanzee has died at Sacramento Zoo. He had been at the zoo since 1967 after arriving from Thousand Oaks. He was one of the top four oldest chimps in the AZA and his passing leaves the zoo with four chimps: Sacramento Zoo

This being the Giant Anteater exhibit, it is unclear at the moment but it appears the Capybara is on display in the mornings and the anteater in the afternoon. Given the two species are often mixed I wonder if they will attempt this as the capy gets used to the exhibit and the two get used to being around each other.
