White Lion Research

I would be surprised if there is a specific studbook for white lions, seeing that it is simply a different pigmentation of the same species- and the AZA and other top zoo associations treat it as such. The only people breeding "white" lions are highly unethical breeders, as often times doing this is extremely inbred.

Exactly. I dare say breeders of white lions keep accurate records as they need to know which sibling they need to breed to which sibling to produce the stock they need for sale. However there is no conservation value to breeding white lions so there will never be an "official" studbook.

Your best bet is to contact Feline Conservation Foundation (a US nonprofit that supports breeders of wild cats, both private and public facilities). However you may need to become a member to get the information you want.

They're definitely the one to contact. Their current president, Kevin Chambers, helped breed the first white lions in the USA.
