Does Anyone Know This Zoo Book?

Does anyone know what this book was? I read it as a kid in the 2000’s (and it was already a decade old at least). It was a compilation of stories from zoos in England, Scotland and Ireland.

The stories included:

Asian elephant (Jubilee) at Chester Zoo
Tigers (Ben and Sabrina) at Glasgow Zoo
Western lowland gorilla (Jambo) at Jersey Zoo
California sea lions (Chariot, Arseno and something else beginning with A) at Belfast Zoo
A Kinkajou called Jou Jou (I can’t remember what zoo)
Camels at Blackpool Zoo
