I haven't had any luck with Spix's on the two most recent visits (last 4 weeks). Until that time they were reliably at the top of the enclosure against the wire.

Yes I was making especially sure to check all around the top, because I knew the ones at Pairi Daiza were doing that as well.

When they are showing the Paira Daiza ones(4) also cling on the wire at the highest point most of the time.

Yes I was making especially sure to check all around the top, because I knew the ones at Pairi Daiza were doing that as well.

You wouldn't have missed them as they are very noisy nearly the whole time.

I'm not sure. They were down to one individual Peruvian sometime last year from 4 previously. Then both it and the Brown disappeared. I hope they were exported rather than had died.

A brown went to Doué la fontaine, no Peruvians so probably these died out.

That's a hybrid between a Trichoglossus and (probably) Eos.

I recall hearing one of the keepers saying that it is a hybrid between a male Blue-streaked Lory and female Trichoglossus (probably T.haematodus).
