Expecto Patronum

I had a question that kind of popped up in my head for a while. What would ZooChatter's patronus form take? And what happiest memory that is used to cast it? Knowing that Patronus took form of practically endless kinds of animals, I think this would probably a good question to ask to ZooChatters.

For those of you non-Harry Potter fans, Patronus is essentially a charm/spell that took form of an animal (can be real/extinct/magical creatures) used to ward off Dementors (creatures that sucked happiness/soul out of you). It's a highly-advanced magic that requires wizards to focus on their happiest memory to cast out a fullt corporeal form (non corporeal form is essentially a gust). Usually Patronus reflects your personality/memory and can change as well (for example, having a love interest can change your Patronus to be the same as them).

If you asked me, my happiest memory will definitely be the first time I go to Berlin Zoo. That zoo is the reason I loved zoos even more and one of my memorable trips to date. As for my Patronus form, while the quiz in Wizarding World website said that my Patronus took form of a Fox,

I honestly think that my Patronus will took form of a Hippopotamus (an animal that is unfortunately not featured in the quiz).

Why? Because not only Hippopotamus is my favorite animal in the world, the hippo exhibit in Berlin Zoo is my favorite exhibit in that zoo and the one I remember it the most. Hippo is known to be one of the most aggresive animals in the world, and it fascinates me on how tough this thing is in the wild.

What ia your happiest memory and what animal would took form in your Patronus? I'm curious about that. You can also check Wizarding World website if you are unsure of what your Patronus form would take.

I took the quiz and also got Fox, which didn’t surprise me as I’m a very proud Slytherin. The Fox is charismatic, intelligent, resourceful and cunning. Happiest memory? I got a bunch, but I guess I’ll go with holding my firstborn son. That was a decent moment.

I'm a Hufflepuff, so I guess Badger is kinda close to Fox, but I don't really see that as my personal Patronus. My Patronus would totally be a Hippo, honestly, and I don't really get the reason why it's not on the quiz despite many notable African animals made into the quiz (Elephant, Lion, Rhino, Buffalo, Leopard, Impala, to name a few), but I relate to a Hippo more than a Fox lol.

Uhh... I've been there already lol. That's why I said it's one of my memorable trips to date.
Then you should have written:

"If you asked me, my happiest memory is definitely the first time I went to Berlin Zoo (...)"

...

"lol"

Oh right, excuse my English lol. Sometimes it sounded better when I worded it off my tongue compared to writing it.

I think it comes down to commercial appeal. While us ZooChatters can appreciate the power of a hippo, the maternal instinct of a female defending her calf and the speed they can attain on land; few people outside of ZooChat would recognise any positive attributes in a hippo and therefore dislike being compared to one. Imagine telling someone on a date they reminded you of a hippo?

The bravery of a lion, the playfulness of an otter and the grace of a doe are all positive attributes that engage the audience they’re aimed at.

I mean, the quiz also features Salmon, Field Mouse, and Nightjar which some people didn't really appreciate when they got it, so I can't really see the reason why Hippo isn't included.
