At the Westkuestenpark a pair of Flakland caracara´s has started to breed. On the ground of their enclosure they build a simple nest and now the female is incubating. The number of eggs is sofar unknown to me.

Recently 9 Chinese crocodile lizard (Shinisaurus crocodilurus) hatched at the zoo.

This species is viviparous so the young didn't hatched but were born. Evenso a very nice breeding-result for this very nice zoo
