Dunia Air Tawar received a donation of 10 fahaka pufferfish (Tetraodon lineatus) of various sizes, all of them is displayed in a Malawi themed aquarium alongside several species of cichlids. Don't know if this going to end very well.

Lucky Hakim, the vice-regent of Indramayu, donate most of his animals to other collectors, including Dunia Air Tawar. Dunia Air Tawar received barred bichir (Polypterus delhezi), saddled bichir (Polypterus endlicheri endlicheri), a "balloon" giant snakehead (Channa micropeltes) and many more from Lucky Hakim.

It kinda disgust me seeing some fishkeepers glorify deformed fishes, but DAT used to keep some deformed fishes (a silver arowana with scoliosis, a siamese twin asian arowana and a siamese twin Frontosa) in the past.

Dunia Air Tawar acquired two species: Golden dorado (Salminus brasiliensis) and Chinese warty newt (Paramesotriton chinensis).

The dorado is still small and live in a aquarium located near the arowana aquariums.

While for the newt, it lived in a China-themed aquarium alongside a pair of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) and gold barb (Barbodes semifasciolatus).

The dorado looks hella lonely. Maybe TMII could acquire some tankmates for it when it outgrow its exhibit. I hope that this tank will be used for an African arowana, since that species disappeared from DAT/DS since 2017.

TMII received a Australian pelican (Pelecanus conspicillatus) and South African ostrich (Struthio camelus australis), as well as another black hornbill (Anthracoceros malayanus) and wreathed hornbill (Rhyticeros undulatus) from Ragunan Zoo.

TMII also donated several birds to Ragunan (Ragunan Zoo [Ragunan Zoo])

Do they have hornbill breeding pairs now? What kind of husbandry management do they practice?

Am I correct to read: magpie goose? Which crane species was donated by Ragunan Zoo (crowned crane or Sunda stork)

They didn't explained it yet or at least I didn't know about that yet.

Yes, a magpie goose, 11 of them hatched at the park in 2019. It was an young lesser adjutant.
