This index serves as an overall guide for the Australasian population lists that have been created over the recent weeks. The aim of each population list is to have an up-to-date resource that records the transfers, births and deaths of each of the respective species covered. A full update of each list will occur when required. Special thanks to @Zoofan15 and @Patrick Keegan for contributing their time and effort to create their own population lists to cover a wider range of species. New population lists beyond this main list will be posted below when they are created to continually document each of the new species represented.

Big congratulations to all you guys, Outstanding work. Really enjoying the content! :)
Thank you @WhistlingKite24 @Zoofan15 and @Patrick Keegan

Cheers @Zorro; and you’re very welcome. I glad this forum now has an accurate and concise index of records. My Big/Small Cats in Australasian Zoos thread was all well and good, but it’d grown so large, it would have been a mission to search for the meaningful data amongst it’s many pages.

These threads will need the occasional update, but should otherwise be of great use to anyone wanting an overview of the regional population of these high profile species. The Nepalese red panda list has been especially valuable to me, as there’s been so many transfers between the zoos in recent years!

We now have an impressive 24 population lists!

I’d just like to wish a Happy Holidays to all those who’ve enjoyed the Australasian population lists we’ve created this year - a series begun by @WhistlingKite24, that will hopefully continue to be an invaluable resource to all those who follow them.

Myself, @WhistlingKite24, @akasha and @Patrick Keegan will each be posting an updated version of our respective population lists in the new year - so stay tuned for these.
