Did you do the drive through part? I have not been back since I posted this thread, but I am curious about the drive through safari.

Yes and I was quite impressed. The only part I thought was lacking was the giraffe area. Quite small given the amount of room they could have had

Well, that’s a nice surprise if you ask me. It seems that I just need to head back out to Wild Florida again to check out all of these new additions then, thanks for sharing.

Wild flroida is not part of the AZA but at least two have been added. I have no clue if they plan to breed.

WF is adding some rather massive upright poles (looks like old telephone poles cut in half) to make a new enclosure in the drive through safari. No real clues as to what is going in the enclosure. My guess would be rhino?

WF has added (8) Pere David's Deer to the safari park.

I just saw on Wild Florida's Instagram story. It has been confirmed that two rhinos (unknown breed) will be coming to the safari park sometime during spring.

Nah, Sumatran are overrated - it's Javan or nothing.

Now as much as I would like to see Wild Florida being an extra, non-AZA holder for white rhinos (which is probably going to be the case, but we’ll see). If I were to choose between either them or Indian rhinos, I would probably choose the latter species given that Wild Florida has already added a few species of asian ungulates lately, so why not continue that trend for just a little longer.
