IUCN Red List update December 2021

Hey, Haliaeetus. There are no black-faced lion tamarins in captivity at all. Neither there are plans to hold any. Their known population has increased because some new groups have been discovered in national parks across São Paulo and Paraná.
Thanks. I didn't know the situation of this species in captivity.
I know only the Golden and Golden-faced Lion Tamarins, fairly common in European zoos.

There are also some BLTs in captivity (São Paulo, Guarulhos, Belo Horizonte, Pomerode). However, I'd like to know if there are still any in Jersey.

Juicy update: There's an ongoing black-faced lion tamarin conservation project with ex situ conservation as part of its plans.
