Pairi Daisa has all the 3 species, but the Brown Bear is the European subspecies.

I believe the Calgary Zoo will hold all 3 once they have built there state of the art polar bear facility. Currently in Canada I believe maybe a few of the Quebec zoos might have all 3. Also Maybe the Assiniboine zoo in Manitoba. But I’m not 100% sure about all of these except Calgary.
